Over the years we have established a reputable Property Management company, taking care of luxury accommodation around the island. We are also proud to have achieved the internationally recognised ISO quality award for standards and service, currently being the only management company on the island to hold it.

Our aim is to ensure the security and standard of your property is maintained to the highest levels and most importantly, that,if you are renting your property, the comfort of your guests is paramount.

We appreciate that owners have different requirements, so our contracts are flexible and we will provide the service as dictated by yourself – our client.

If you have bought your property just for family holidays we will clean as and when required. When you arrive we will have the property ready for you to sit back, relax and just enjoy a holiday with your family and friends.

When the property is empty we will maintain gardens, pools and ensure that security/appliance checks are conducted as required by the owners.

If you are renting the properties to tourists and friends XL will ensure that the property is fully cleaned before and after any arrival. if you have guests staying for two weeks or longer we will change bedding and clean after each week if required. All light bulbs will be replaced as needed, and inventory checked after each departure. Additional mid week towel/bedding changes or cleaning services can also be arranged if requested.

If your property is part of a community then we can liaise and attend any meeting necessary. Being Spanish speaking we can be a point of direct contact between the owner and community on your behalf.

We believe communication with the owner is essential, you will receive weekly or monthly reports updating you on any problems, or potential issues, and we will ensure inspections & inventories are carried out on contents and laundry.
